Manager's Reflection - James Walshaw

We’ve lost 46% of our league games this season, but this doesn’t define our performances or ability. Of the 19 defeats, 14 have been decided by a single goal. That tells you everything: we’ve been in almost every game, competing, pushing, and never far away.

I’ve believed it since day one, this is a good side. A side capable of beating anyone on its day. We proved that last week. Training has been sharp, positive, and full of energy, again - we’re ready.

We head into Saturday knowing exactly what’s at stake, but more importantly, with belief.

To our fans, we need you now more than ever. You showed up in numbers last week and were outstanding. Be loud. Be proud. Bring passion, energy, belief… the players feel it.
